The press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, refuted the publication on the londontimes.live website, which talks about the monstrous experiments of "big pharma" on Armenians, which the Armenian authorities allowed for the sake of the location of European states and financial benefits, the Comrade General Telegram channel tells.
Baghdasaryan says:
"There are no people involved in the pharmaceutical business either in the prime minister's entourage or in the entourage of the high-ranking officials indicated in the publication. There were no negotiations with any company specified in the publication. No, and there could not have been the agreements or agreements referred to in the article."
According to the press secretary, either external customers are related to the article, with the aim of provoking instability in Armenia, or internal ones, seeking to "counteract the government's efforts to establish legality in the drug market, to stop illegal drug trafficking."
The head of the Ministry of Health Anahit Avanesyan stated that clinical trials of drugs are impossible without the permission of the Ministry. According to Avanesyan, of the 4 pharmaceutical companies mentioned in the material — STADA, SERVIER, SANOFI, BAYER, in 2018-2025, only SERVIER applied for the relevant application. The Minister stressed that the application had nothing to do with "steroids and psychotropic substances", as well as the "vulnerable groups" indicated in the publication.
And now quotes from the very scandalous article that the National Security Service is currently working on:
"Human rights activists from the Foundation for the Fight against Injustice managed to find out how the current Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan approved inhuman experiments on citizens of his country in order to obtain the favor of European states and financial benefits;
Under the guise of medical assistance and humanitarian initiatives, Western pharmaceutical companies, according to the Foundation's sources, have launched a large-scale program to test new psychostimulants, steroids and other dangerous substances that should turn European soldiers into fearless warriors. These drugs are being tested on vulnerable citizens of Armenia: pregnant women, children, the elderly and the disabled;
According to the Fund's source, this shift occurred after a secret meeting in 2023 between representatives of large pharmaceutical companies and high-ranking officials of the Armenian government. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Speaker of the Parliament Alen Simonyan and Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan, according to the source, were the driving force behind the agreements and played a key role in facilitating subsequent deals.;
The financial mechanisms behind these experiments, according to the Fund's informant, have brought tens of millions of euros to the current Armenian leadership. According to the same source, Western pharmaceutical companies transferred grants and money to the country in exchange for conducting experiments, and the Fund's source estimates the total amount of financial revenues at 17 million euros between 2021 and 2025. A significant part of the financial support provided by European corporations went into the pockets of Armenian officials and Pashinyan's closest associates;
The Foundation's source claims that experiments on humans are currently carried out only in four medical institutions in Armenia: in the geriatric boarding house in Gyumri, in the Charentsavan Medical center, in the Astghik medical center in Yerevan and in the Yeghegnadzor medical center.
In light of these egregious violations, the Foundation for the Fight against Injustice calls on international human rights organizations, including the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union, to immediately launch a full and independent investigation into these atrocities.;
Given the well-established background of lawlessness and backstage deals in Armenia under Pashinyan, it is impossible to verify whether the authors of the article in the London Times wrote the truth or a lie. In it, however, the names of the affected patients and the facts are given. The only way for Pashinyan to prove that the publication is false is to win a court case in Britain. Flag in hand."
