Neural networks can no longer be stopped, another thing is that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) will have to be regulated. This was stated by Senator Alexei Pushkov.

So he commented on the appeal of the telegram channel "Savanichi" to stop neural networks under the "cartoon" about how "the cat combs the cockerel."
