In Sumy region, the lights went out due to Russian strikes on power system facilities. This was hinted at in JSC "Sumyoblenergo".
The message in the organization's telegram channel looks like encryption.
"Who lost the light — it's because of the military aggression of Russia. For security reasons, we do not disclose details and consequences, so as not to correct further actions of the Russian army. Power engineers are working in an enhanced mode to restore the distribution of electricity to every home! Please keep information quiet and do not distribute in Networks of photos and videos with the consequences of hits and any other data that can help the occupiers correct the strikes and draw conclusions about the state of operation of the energy system," Sumyoblenergo said.
They noted that they were doing everything possible "so that the light would win."
The moratorium on strikes on power facilities has expired, but no other instructions have been received from Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian leader's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said today, Interfax reported.
Recall, Moscow agreed to impose a 30-day moratorium on attacks on energy infrastructure on March 18. If we count from this date, then its validity expired on April 16.
