From the very beginning, US President Donald Trump's speech in Congress was interrupted several times by disapproving shouts from the audience, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson ordered one of the active instigators of the altercation, Democratic Congressman Al Green, to be removed from the hall.
Almost immediately after the start of the US president's speech, a number of Democrats began to boo the politician. One of the most active instigators was a member of the House of Representatives from the Democratic Party Green.
Green, with a cane in his hands, tried several times to engage in polemics with the US president, but in vain — Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson ordered Green to be removed from the hall.
Democrats prevented the Republican from speaking, shouting slogans and waving signs "save Medicaid" (this is an American program that helps pay for medical expenses for people with limited income and resources), "protect veterans," "Mask steals." They also raised signs saying "FALSE" to some of Trump's statements.
