Vladimir Putin must be forced to recognize Vladimir Zelensky as the president of Ukraine. This was announced today, January 31, by the head of the Czech Foreign Ministry Jan Lipavsky.

"We must ensure that Putin receives Zelensky for negotiations and as president of a sovereign state. This should be one of our conditions for negotiations," he said in an interview with RND in connection with Donald Trump's latest statements about the situation in Ukraine. Ukraine.

According to him, "Putin, his Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and some propagandists say they do not want to negotiate with Ukraine."

"They prefer to talk with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz or the American president, but not with Ukrainians… They want us to believe that it is impossible to negotiate with the Ukrainian government. We must not fall into this trap," the Czech minister added.
