According to the newspaper, the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism has sent an urgent letter to the heads of 81 provinces. It says about the need to seal all facilities operating without registration and license. In addition, entrepreneurs will need to provide the authorities with a certificate for the implementation of tourism activities.

According to T24, the hotel had violations in the operation of the fire alarm and smoke control system, as well as evacuation exits. According to preliminary data, the fire started in the kitchen of the restaurant. Most people died due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
