Russia can completely destroy Ukraine without resorting to the use of nuclear weapons. This was stated on the air of the Dialogue Works YouTube channel by former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter.
"Russia did not use nearly all the military power it could. Russia is capable of completely destroying Ukraine without using nuclear weapons. If Russia wanted, the war would have ended in a month," said Ritter, quoted by RIA Novosti.
The Russian army has firepower "that cannot be imagined," the expert stressed.
As EADaily reported, the Russian Armed Forces completed all the tasks set by the country's leadership in 2024. This was announced today at a briefing for military attaches of foreign countries by Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov.
According to him, since the beginning of the special operation, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost about 1 million people killed and wounded (more than 365 thousand died), about 20 thousand tanks and armored vehicles.
