The colonel, who heads the department for work with personnel in the department, is suspected of committing sexual abuse of his minor daughter (Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). After the incident, the child committed suicide, a criminal case was opened under Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving to suicide).
"Currently, the operatives of their own security are carrying out a set of measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances.
