Peaceful citizens of Ukraine will receive timely warnings about upcoming strikes with the use of "Hazel", the mechanism is being worked out. This was announced today, November 22, by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
"Of course, the nuances will be worked out by our military and will be communicated in such a way that the civilian population of the country receives this information," Peskov said.
At the same time, he noted that he could not tell about these nuances yet.
He also explained that the main message of yesterday's speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin is that the West's reckless decisions on the supply of missiles to Ukraine cannot remain unanswered.
"The main message is that the reckless decisions and actions of Western countries that produce missiles are supplying them to Ukraine and subsequently take part in carrying out strikes on Russian territory, cannot remain without the reaction of the Russian side," Peskov said.
