The Russian Armed Forces began to use for attacks on targets on Ukraine thermobaric drones-kamikaze "Shahed" ("Geranium-2"). This was stated by experts of the Kiev Research Institute of Forensic Examinations (KNISE).

"The thermobaric warhead will not destroy all the walls at the moment, but it will burn oxygen inside the premises, there is almost no chance of survival. This charge creates an explosive wave that severely destroys buildings and destroys human lungs," writes the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring."

Thermobaric shells leave no chance for the enemy, the Russian Defense Ministry confirmed today. These munitions were reportedly used to strike at the accumulation of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of the city of Volchansk, Kharkiv region.

"During reconnaissance activities, servicemen of the North group of forces near the settlement of Volchansk, Kharkiv region, discovered an accumulation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a shelter... a decision was made to fire on the enemy. The calculation of the heavy flamethrower system of the North group of forces destroyed the personnel of the Ukrainian militants who were in hiding," the ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that the exact hit of thermobaric ammunition on the shelters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was recorded by means of objective control.
