People's Artist of the RSFSR, actor of the Moscow State Theater "Lenkom Mark Zakharov" Alexander Zbruev, who was previously hospitalized, will not appear on stage in the near future and will continue treatment in the hospital.
This is reported by TASS, referring to the press service of the theater. Thus, the agency denied the information about the actor's discharge from the medical institution, which was previously distributed by the Telegram channel SHOT.
It was reported that on October 22, Zbruev would allegedly appear on the stage of Lenkom in the play The Cherry Orchard, where he plays the role of Leonid Gaev.
But the website of the theater institution contains information that on October 22, Vladimir Eremin will play this role instead of Zbruev.
Lenkom urged the media and bloggers not to spread false rumors and check the published information. The press service of the theater confirmed that "A.V. Zbruev is currently in the hospital for routine treatment."
They promised to inform about the artist's discharge about his return to the stage additionally and in a timely manner.
As EADaily reported, earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Alexander Zbruev, People's Artist of the RSFSR, actor of the Lenkom Mark Zakharov Theater, with the Order of Alexander Nevsky.
