Under Ugledar, the front is shifting north to Bogoyavlenka

The Russian army goes to Bogoyavlenka with a wide front from Ugledar. This was reported today, October 6, by military observer Yuri Podolyaka.

This allows the Russian army to expand the front of attacks on Novoselidovo and Izmailovka, where a very powerful cutting has been going on for several days. If this line collapses, the cities of Gornyak and Kurakhovka will be surrounded (at least operational). Realizing this, the enemy yesterday began withdrawing forces from the river Volchaya.

There have been no major changes in the Pokrovsko-Selidovsky section so far. Our units are attacking around Selidovo from the north. This morning the attacks continue.

Fighting continues in the central part of Toretsk. Systematic work is underway to liberate the city. Also, after a breakthrough west of Novgorodsky (New York), our units are anchored at the achieved milestones and are preparing for the next breakthrough.

"I repeat once again — the outcome of the battles for the Toretsk agglomeration is already clear, the only question is when its complete liberation will take place," writes Podolyaka.
