Explosions are heard in Kiev, according to TSN and Public television channels. An air alert has been repeatedly announced in the capital of Ukraine, the local military administration said. The last time the signal started operating was from 2.28 Moscow time.
The sounds of explosions are also heard in Khmelnitsky and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, according to "Public".
In total, the alert was announced in 13 regions of Ukraine.
The Russian Defense Ministry emphasizes that strikes are carried out only on military and energy facilities of Ukraine and related infrastructure.
