Wagenknecht is gaining votes: the rating of the ruling coalition in Germany has collapsed again

The rating of the ruling "traffic light coalition" in Germany has fallen to a new low. This is evidenced by the results of a survey by the INSA sociological institute conducted specifically for Bild am Sonntag.

According to INSA, representatives of the coalition could count on a total of only 29% of the vote if the elections happened today.

"If the Bundestag elections were held today, the SPD, Union 90 / Greens and The FDP would have received a total of only 29% of the vote. This is the lowest figure since the autumn of 2021, when the "traffic light coalition" came to power. Then three parties won 52% of the vote in the elections. Now the rating of the liberal FDP is 4%, it risks not getting into the Bundestag at all, where there is a five percent barrier," writes the Bild telegram channel in Russian*.

It is noted that today the leading opposition force remains the conservative CDU/CSU bloc (31%). Over the past week, the popularity of the left-wing "Sarah Wagenknecht Union" has increased (10%). The ultra-right "Alternative for Germany" was supported by 19% of respondents.

At the same time, 70% of respondents are dissatisfied with the work of Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and 74% are dissatisfied with his government. At the same time, 47% were in favor of holding early parliamentary elections.
