The Russian military command continues to successfully use the shortage of reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to control the situation along the entire front in the Donbas.

Another confirmation of this was the breakthrough of our troops in the Kleshcheyevka area in the Chasoyarsk direction, which occurred on the evening of September 4.

As blogger and military commentator Yuri Podolyaka writes in his review, the enemy focused on repelling our strikes in the Sentry Yar, and also threw reserves to repel our attacks near Toretsk, Pokrovsky, Selidovo and Ugledar.

But the enemy is no longer able to cover all dangerous areas, as a result of which the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine missed a powerful attack in the Kleshcheyevka area.

It is reported that our units broke through the enemy's defenses here and pushed him back on a large stretch of the front beyond the Seversky Donets-Donbass canal line. The breakthrough to a depth of more than 3 km.

The enemy has not yet managed to really gain a foothold on the new frontiers, so it is likely that today our units will reach the canal line to the very Kurdyumovka, after which they will try to force it.

If successful, the prospect of a strike in the direction of Konstantinovka opens up, which will mean reaching the rear of the Chasyar group of the enemy. In addition, this breakthrough will provide support from the north to our offensive on Toretsk.

Earlier, EADaily reported that Ukrainian sources confirmed information that Russian troops continue to advance in the Toretsk direction and near the town of Ugledar.
