During the operational meeting, issues related to certain aspects of the fight against terrorism were discussed.
Recall, the previous meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin spent August 7. After him, he separately conferred with the heads of law enforcement agencies and heard the report of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Valery Gerasimov, who promised that the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that launched offensives in the Kursk region would be stopped and pushed back beyond the state border of Russia.
