Members of the American delegation to the World Economic Forum in Davos are keeping clear of delegates from Russia hiding from discussions, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said.
“We have shaken hands with someone, but there have been no discussions, they were hiding somewhere. I let them know through our diplomatic channels that I was ready to start a dialog, that we are open for discussions, but they even did not find time to answer,” the deputy prime minister noted.
Dvorkovich said that there is no true interaction between the USA and Russia on economic issues, they only have a political dialog on Syria, North Korea, and global issues. He called the Russian-American relations “complicated and toxic.”
