Ukrainian troops have once again shelled the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic. This time they aimed at the north of Horlivka.
According to the DPR Defense Ministry, the Ukrainians used 82 mm mortars.
As EADaily reported earlier, the Minsk II agreement stipulates ceasefire on the contact line between Ukraine and Donbass, but over the last months the Ukrainians have kept breaking the agreement and shelling Horlivka and the northern and western suburbs of Donetsk.
Despite this, the DPR authorities have decided to resume coal supplies to Ukraine. More specifically, they are planning to supply 15,000 tons a day.
