Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces continue violating the ceasefire using weapons of various calibers, the Defense Ministry of Nagorno-Karabakh reports.
According to the source, two Armenian soldiers - Vahe V. Vanosyan (born in 1995) and Michael A. Torosyan (1996) received deadly wounds at about 9:00pm on November 12 on the combat positions of their army unit located in the south of the country, as the Azerbaijani armed force violated the ceasefire. Investigation was launched to verify the circumstances of the incident.
Meantime, the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan reports that a sabotage group of Armenia’s Armed Forces attempted to attack Azerbaijan’s position on the Line of Contact on November 12 in the evening. The attempt was prevented due to the vigilance of the Azerbaijani troops. The “saboteurs” had to retreat after the Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled at them.
“By preliminary data, two members of the enemy’s sabotage group were killed and many were wounded. Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces suffered no losses. The situation is under control,” Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry says.
