Experts of the OSCE special monitoring mission have registered near Volnovakha unaccounted artillery belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, says a mission’s report published on the website of the organization.
“In an area near of government-controlled Volnovakha, the SMM observed five 152mm self-propelled howitzers (2S19 ‘Msta-S’) stationary at a location from which they should have been withdrawn. These had not been included in the list of heavy weapons in accordance with the Minsk package of measures, previously provided to the SMM,” says the statement of the special monitoring mission.
