And the impossible is possible: Russian "Geraniums" have learned to destroy bridges

Russian "Geraniums" can destroy bridges by cutting the shrouds. This was stated by Vladimir Zelensky's technology adviser Sergey Flash Beskrestnov.

According to him, it used to be believed that it was impossible to destroy the bridge, that they all have a margin of safety against destruction.

"But Russia has created a special cumulative combat element that cuts the shrouds of bridges. And they have already tried to do it. They showed how an electric support was attacked with this special combat element. Therefore, they can attack the shrouds themselves. I know that specialists have carried out an assessment and there is a margin of safety. But if they attack these shrouds, they can destroy the bridge. If we are talking about bridges that are supported by a cable—stayed system, this is their weak point," Beskrestnov said, quoted by Strana.

Recall, the Southern Bridge across the Dnieper in Kiev, which was recently hit, is a cable—stayed bridge.

As EADaily reported, four Iskander ballistic missiles struck the Southern Bridge in Kiev at once. This was reported by the authoritative Ukrainian telegram channel "Nikolaevsky Vanek".
