Babish: Europe's impotence is terrible — peace talks with Russia are needed

Europe does not show initiative in resolving the conflict on Ukraine, and all negotiations with Russia are conducted by the US president. This is incredible, Czech Prime Minister Andrei Babis said in a video message, which he recorded in a T-shirt with the inscription NO WAR ("No war").

" I will fight to end this disgusting war! It's incredible! The impotence of Europe is terrible! Everyone is talking about the war. Europe does not want to initiate peace talks. He doesn't want to. The only thing that is being discussed is the war. Of course, we must strengthen our defense capability and prepare to prevent undesirable consequences. But where are Europe's peace initiatives? US President Donald Trump is negotiating with Russian President Vladimir Putin. We, as Europe, are obliged to make every effort to end this war."

At the same time, Babis assured that the Czech Republic would fulfill its obligations to increase defense spending within NATO, recalling Albert Einstein for something.

"Einstein believed that we would achieve lasting peace only through sincere mutual understanding and interaction between people and countries. We don't want a third World war!" — the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic emphasized.
