The incident occurred on Kudrinskaya Square near the Stalin high-rise. Eyewitnesses report an explosion in the restaurant "Balzi Rossi". Dozens of ambulance crews and significant forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been sent to the site.
The explosion occurred on the first floor of a high-rise building in the Balzi Rossi restaurant, according to sources of the Telegram channel 112.
"Three were killed and, previously, seven were injured in an explosion in a cafe," Mash reports.
After the explosion, a fire started. According to the Telegram channel Baza, the fire was assigned the third rank of complexity.
According to eyewitnesses, intensive care vehicles have accumulated on the spot. The roads around the high-rise are blocked.
