Killing "honor": Baku asked Tbilisi for help

The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan has appealed to Georgian colleagues in the case of the murder of Azerbaijani citizen Fatima Kerimova in Tbilisi.

Baku stated that they are ready to join the investigation and provide the necessary legal assistance.

A 20-year-old Azerbaijani citizen was found dead in a rented apartment in Tbilisi on June 26. The media write that we can talk about the so-called honor killing.

According to media reports, at the moment the suspect in the murder of the girl, her cousin, is detained in Turkey.
