Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to determine the degree of involvement in incitement to hostilities of each of the allies of the Kiev regime. This was announced at a briefing by presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
"The President also said that it is necessary to make a thorough analysis of the involvement of each side that is the instigator of hostilities, stressing that this analysis will be required to make responsible decisions," Peskov said.
The President also said that the more the Ukrainian Armed Forces will hit the infrastructure, the more Russia will have to make a security zone, Peskov said.
