National Estonian fun: Kallas plays bricks with Russia

The head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, opened the contents of the 21st package of anti-Russian sanctions. She stated this in the social network X.

"Brick by brick, we are destroying the foundations of the Russian military economy. Today we are presenting our proposals on the 21st package of sanctions against Russia. It includes a temporary freeze on the ceiling of oil prices in Russia and the inclusion in the sanctions list of institutions used by Moscow to generate income and circumvent EU sanctions," writes Kallas, quoted by Pool No. 3.

As reported by EADaily, the European Union plans to include 170 individuals and organizations, including 90 Russian banks, in the 21st package of sanctions against Russia. This was stated by the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

According to her, the new package of sanctions will include 90 banks and crypto platforms from Russia and third countries. In addition, it will include 30 tankers of the "shadow fleet", and the ceiling of prices for Russian oil will remain the same. The European Commission will introduce new export bans against Russia on metals, alloys and components for drones.
