In autumn in Russia may be declared a "new mobilization due to the difficult situation at the front" - "a fundamental decision has been made," said State Duma Deputy General Andrei Gurulev.

"... Now there is active talk on the sidelines and high offices about the need for a new large-scale mobilization. Moreover, knowledgeable people say that a fundamental decision on this matter has already been made and it will be in the fall," Gurulev wrote in his telegram channel.

Regarding the situation at the front, he remarked:

"There is little positive. The winter-spring campaign did not produce the results that we all expected. It's the beginning of summer, and the promotion, in fact, has stopped. SMO finally turned into the format of the most severe positional deadlock. The main and most terrible reason for this is enemy drones. The enemy literally overwhelmed the front line and the near rear with drones. As a result, our assault groups can't even attack — they can't raise their heads..." he writes.

Gurulev also notes that "the enemy's military-industrial complex, fueled by Western technologies, churns out UAVs by the millions."

"They switched to new frequencies, use machine vision, bypass our standard electronic warfare systems," the deputy points out.
"Now about the Novorossia highway and the establishment of enemy fire control over it," Gurulev continues. "The enemy is acting blindly, using everything that the Western owners supply to it, and first of all long—range UAVs, trying to cut off the peninsula and our southern groups from fuel supplies."

As the parliamentarian emphasizes, Crimea "today is a frontline region, and approaches to ensuring its security should be tough, military."

Later, General Gurulev posted this post on his channel in Maks. In this regard, Z-bloggers are wondering: "Has Guruleva arrived yet?"

They emphasize that all z-bloggers and military correspondents have been discussing these problems for a month, including mobilization.
