The nervous reaction of Europeans to the drone crash in Romania after stubbornly ignoring all drones in In the Baltic states, this is a sign of bursting anxiety from the fact that their concept is collapsing. This was stated by political scientist Alexander Nosovich, commenting on the incident with the drone that occurred on May 29.

"It is not possible to localize the military conflict with the borders of Ukraine, it is persistently spreading across Europe. Which is desperately striving to stay in the most comfortable framework of a proxy war with Russia," the expert writes in the telegram channel.

It doesn't work and it won't work, Nosovich is sure, even if Moscow "continues to behave as restrained as it is now, not reacting to the transformation of the European Union into the strategic rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

"It is not Moscow, but Kiev, which will drag the allies into direct conflict by hook or by crook, that will not allow the Europeans to sit out in safety. And he's right about something. It will not be possible to sit out and you will have to recognize yourself as a party to the conflict. And then either in this capacity seriously and in an adult way to negotiate with Russia, or really get involved," Nosovich said.

Earlier, the Romanian Ministry of Defense reported that a drone fell on the roof of an apartment building in Galac. Bucharest blamed Russia for the incident.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in Romania, most likely, there was an incident with a Ukrainian UAV. He noted that there have already been cases of APU drones falling on the territory of European countries, and "in this case, most likely, we are talking about just such a situation." Putin stressed that Russia is ready to conduct an objective investigation if the wreckage of the drone is handed over to it, and only after such an examination will it be possible to assess what happened.

"No one can say what kind of origin this or that aircraft is until an examination of this aircraft has been carried out," the Russian president stressed.

Romania requested additional air defense systems from NATO after the drone crash, but did not convene the NATO Council after the drone incident.
