Treason: FSB found two traitors in Crimea

On suspicion of treason, two residents of Crimea were detained, who transferred data on military personnel on the peninsula to the Ukrainian special services. This was reported in the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of Russia.

"The FSB of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Republic of Crimea suppressed the illegal activities of two citizens of the Russian Federation involved in the commission of high treason," the report says.

As indicated, a resident of Krasnoperekopsky district, born in 1975, through Telegram, proactively established contact with a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and gave him photo and video materials, coordinates about the locations of objects of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The second suspect, a resident of Simferopol, born in 1962, established contact with the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine via the Internet, chose an agent pseudonym and agreed to provide personal data of representatives of the territorial defense of the Crimean Peninsula. At the direction of the curator, he transmitted information about the movement of Russian military equipment and defensive facilities The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which could later be used for sabotage and missile and artillery strikes.

The Investigative Department of the Federal Security Service for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol opened criminal cases against them under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (high treason), they were taken into custody.

The FSB warned again that all persons who have agreed to assist the enemy will be identified, brought to criminal responsibility and will be punished as they deserve.
