Russia could not disrupt the truce announced by Kiev. This was stated in his telegram channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmitruk.
So he commented on Kiev's statement that Russia had disrupted the truce announced by Ukraine on May 6.
"Ukraine has announced that the Russian Federation has violated the ceasefire. This was trumpeted by the Foreign Ministry and Zelensky. There is one problem. How can a unilaterally declared truce be disrupted?" — noted Dmitruk.
Recall that Zelensky has not yet responded to Russia's proposal for a truce on the occasion of Victory Day. Today, in an evening video message, he said that he had not yet made a decision.
As reported by EADaily, the Russian Defense Ministry announced a truce on May 8-9 in honor of Victory Day.
It was noted that the corresponding decision was made by President Vladimir Putin.
Later, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, announced that he was introducing a truce regime from midnight on May 6. He announced this on social networks.
