A court in Azerbaijan sentenced Russian citizen Alexander Vaisero to four years in a penal colony on charges of money laundering.
According to the version of the Azerbaijani investigation, the man detained with seven other Russians in the summer of 2025 acted as part of an organized group by prior agreement. He allegedly legalized 427.7 thousand dollars.
The prosecution demanded five years of imprisonment for the Russian citizen, the court sentenced him to four years.
