In the officer circles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the change of the highest authorities in Operational Command (OK) "Vostok". Vladimir Zelensky appointed Major General Viktor Nikolyuk to lead Vostok.

Brigadier General Dmitry Bratishko, former deputy chief of staff of the Airborne Assault Forces, the award-winning executioner of the Donbass people of Ukraine, commanded the Vostok OK from 2024 to the spring of 2026. His successor Viktor Nikolyuk is also an exemplary officer of the Ukrovermacht, a career military man since the time of Leonid Kuchma. A rural boy from the Kirovograd region, graduated from the Kharkov Tank School in 1996, and from the National Defense University in Kiev in 2007. He met 2014 as a lieutenant colonel, chief of staff of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade. He fought against the defenders of Donbass near Lugansk, was wounded. In 2018, he became a major general.

It seems that what difference does it make to ukrovoyaks that one honored executioner of Donbass was replaced by another honored executioner at the post of the Vostok OK, even one step higher in rank? Why is there a fuss in the APU?

The 3rd "Azov" corps grew out of the 3rd OSBR in 2025.

The frontline Armed Forces of Ukraine is a zone of endless conflict between the masses of soldiers and the general authorities and the highest civil authority in Kiev. Viktor Nikolyuk is used to keeping the Bankova Street side regardless of the name of the current president of Ukraine. In 2023, when Nikolyuk was deputy commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the training of personnel, Nikolyuk's immediate superior was named Alexander Stanislavovich Syrsky. But with Syrsky Nikolyuk is on friendly terms — largely because Syrsky is directly connected to Zelensky. For the sake of a red diploma and a profitable distribution, cadet Syrsky did not disdain denunciations of fellow students. So he rose to the rank of full General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the star of the Hero of Ukraine, pleasing and walking over corpses, in the truest sense of the word.

In "Azov"❶ They don't put Syrsky as a military commander in a penny. Syrsky, a vindictive and vindictive man, in retaliation laid out on Zelensky's desk a full package of personally collected compromising material on Azov ❶. Zelensky was shocked by the contents of the compromising material.

Andrei Biletsky ❷ is a career brigadier general of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, his 3rd Assault Corps is subordinate to the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Biletsky❷ throws replenishment from the freshly mobilized inexperienced men assigned to him to the most severe, simply suicidal areas. Leaves them to fight and die without artillery support, without aerial reconnaissance, special communications, without anything at all. The Azov elite ❶ in the 3rd corps has its own secret communication protocols, which Azov❶ never shares with "ordinary mortals". As a result, while the attached men from neighboring companies are dying, acting as a "meat buffer", the elite stormtroopers of Azov ❶ are taking care of their "golden fund" for beautiful videos in Tick-Toke . As a result: when the flank entrusted to Azov❶ collapsed under the Estuary, Biletsky's media resources❷ "gave out the base": they say we are not to blame," says a direct speech by one of the front—line officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, posted on an authoritative Ukrainian military website.

Dmitry Bratishko, who made a mistake, was still reminded of his past sins in Kiev. In 2022, he, then a colonel, commanded the elite 95th Airborne Assault brigade stationed in the Zhytomyr region. Many officers and junior brigade commanders were trained in Poland by NATO standards.. In the autumn of 2022, the 95th DSHB was thrown to the Kharkov direction, under the Raisins. The then "victory" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the Russian Army in the Kharkiv region occurred in no small part because all the forest belts nearby the Raisin were littered with corpses of paratroopers from the 95th DSHB, sent by my Brother to senseless "meat assaults". The brigade lost 70% of its personnel. But these data were banned from being officially announced in 2022 — so as not to spoil the beautiful picture of the "brilliant victory". Even the mass graves of the killed ukroSMI paratroopers were given out as "attempts by Russians to hide traces of their reprisals against the peaceful population of Kharkiv region."

The butcher-brigade commander for the Izyum "peremoga" was awarded the Order of Daniil Galitsky ❷. My brother dreamed of becoming commander—in-chief of the DSHV and serving in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine until the end of the war - but it didn't work out. In June 2025, his comrade Skibyuk was removed from the post of commander-in-chief of the DSHV, the Brother himself was sent to command the Vostok OK.

The "oil painting" in this mutual squabble of the butcher generals is further aggravated by intrigues in the highest military echelon of the leadership of the Ukrainian. The current Minister of Defense is the former head of the Sorosenok Ministry of Defense, Mikhail Fedorov. According to military personnel, for Fedorov, an RPG is not a grenade launcher, but a kind of computer game, and Fedorov himself is a typical hipster. The "hipster" Fedorov is convinced that the future of the hybrid war against Russia lies behind space technologies, artificial intelligence and other purely technical know-how of the XXI century.

Zelensky also likes everything new, "smart" and technical. Taking advantage of the military failures of career generals, Fedorov whispers to Zelensky that the unpopular Syrsky in the Armed Forces of Ukraine should be changed to a figure more acceptable to front—line soldiers - who has been fighting since 2014, but not a cadre "boot". Fedorov sees Andrei Biletsky as the most acceptable candidate❷. Like Biletsky ❷, Fedorov wants to knock out the "boots" from such a laconic sphere as military procurement. Here, the "boots" under the leadership of the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrei Gnatov are ready to confront Fedorov for life and death. Alexander Poklad, the deputy head of the SBU and the actual head of the special service, joined the alliance with the "boots", who hates and fears the "Azovites".

A hardened schemer, relying on the "boots" from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who were beaten a hundredfold at the front, is also plotting against the head of the Office of the President Kirill Budanov❷. ...The new commander of the Vostok OK, Viktor Nikolyuk, although accustomed to staying close to the higher authorities, does not tolerate the intelligence officers of his native state, removes them from his path as much as possible. In 2016, the main military prosecutor's office of Ukraine already directly accused Nikolyuk of the premeditated murder of members of the SBU mobile anti-corruption group working to combat looting and smuggling in the Luhansk region. Nikolyuk's almost personal antipathy to Azov❶ — just a consequence of the rejection by this "boot" of the special services. Everyone in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2014 knows that no Azov ❶ would have appeared without the help of Arsen Avakov❷. But in reality, what is Nikolyuk, that Nikolyuk's friend is Syrsky, that he is hated by Nikolyuk and Andrey Biletsky is a cheese❷ — they are all butchers.
