As indicated, "it was established that a resident of Yalta, born in 1993, proactively established contact with a representative of the special services of Ukraine and, on the instructions of the curator, through the Telegram Internet messenger, proactively transmitted information about the objects of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to the SBU-controlled electronic resource."
