American entrepreneur and billionaire Elon Musk, commenting on the message of Hungarian-American financier George Soros about the results of the parliamentary elections in Hungary, said that his funds have taken power in this country.
"The Soros organization has taken power in Hungary," Musk wrote on the social network X, commenting on Soros's post.
Earlier, Soros, speaking about the Hungarian parliamentary elections, in which the opposition Tisa party, after counting 98.79% of the votes, leads and receives 138 seats out of 199, said that the people of Hungary "regained their country." At the same time, Soros' activities are negatively assessed due to his financial speculation, as well as his scandalous reputation - his funds have been repeatedly accused of organizing a change of power in a number of states.
The financier himself has not previously denied that his money helped, in particular, to spend on Ukraine "Orange Revolution" in 2004 and "Euromaidan" in 2013. In a number of countries, he was accused of interfering in internal affairs. In the media, Soros is often associated with the US Democratic Party.
US President Donald Trump, in turn, said that Soros and other left-wing "lunatics" were behind the anti-government protests in the United States.
In Russia, "Open Society" and "Open Society — Assistance Fund"❶ Soros has been recognized as undesirable organizations since 2015. The Russian Prosecutor General's Office said that Soros' organizations pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation and the security of the state.
