The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is ready to hold peace talks with Vladimir Putin in Istanbul. This is reported by UNIAN.
Note that the corresponding proposal to Zelensky was made not by the Russian leader, but by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"Erdogan offered to hold peace talks in Istanbul," Zelensky said.
According to him, during his visit to Turkey today, he discussed with Erdogan ways to end the war and noted that Kiev is ready for negotiations at the level of leaders in any format, the agency reports.
