Russia will soon present Kiev with new conditions for the settlement of the conflict. This was stated at a meeting of the UN Security Council convened at the request of Ukraine by Russia's Permanent Representative Vasily Nebenzia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that Russia is committed to a negotiated solution and SMO goals through diplomatic means, the permanent representative noted.
"But since the Kiev regime is not ready for this and, instigated by its European friends, is going to continue to fight at any cost, it will soon have to face new settlement conditions," Nebenzia said, quoted by TASS.
As reported by EADaily, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is stunned by the shift of attention from his person to the Middle East. This was stated at a meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukraine by Russia's permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzia.
