A series of explosions thundered in Kiev

A series of explosions sounded in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko said in a telegram channel.

"The air defense forces are working. Stay in hiding!" he wrote.

At 04.07 Moscow time, the Kiev city administration reported an air alert in Kiev.

Russia began striking at the Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022 — two days after the terrorist attack on The Crimean bridge, behind which, according to the Russian authorities, there are Ukrainian special services. Strikes are being carried out on energy, defense industry, military administration and communications facilities. Since then, an air alert has been announced every day in the Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country.
