Already the second ship of the Iranian Navy has requested asylum in a third country to avoid sinking by the Americans.

According to Bloomberg, the vessel that requested asylum is BDK Lavan. It happened on the first day of the war — February 28, before the destruction of the Dena frigate by a US Navy submarine.

As subsequent events have shown, it is not for nothing that the telegram channel "Military Informant" writes about this.

"Everything happened in a similar way with the Bushehr supply ship, which requested asylum in Sri Lanka due to a "detected malfunction." The Lavan landing ship also referred in its request to the Indian authorities to technical problems, which formally allowed it to dock in the port of Kochi. The Indian Foreign Minister called it a "humane decision,"" the author of the channel writes.
