Large-scale problems with water began in Odessa. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

As stated in Infoxvodokanal, most of the city was left without water due to an emergency power outage supplying the water supply network.

On Friday, the head of the Odessa regional military Administration Oleg Kiper reported power outages, water supply and heating in Odessa region.

"Due to the emergency de-energization of the water supply system facilities, consumers of the Kiev, Primorsky, Hadzhibeysky and part of the Peresypsky districts (Odessa — ed.) remain without water supply," Infoxvodokanal said in a statement.
