Ukrainian political scientist Alexander Semchenko explained why the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, insults Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. He told the Sputnik news agency about this.

According to the expert, distraction is a well—known technique that an absolutely unrestrained and inadequate person is capable of.

"He has no achievements, it remains only to escalate the situation. Ukraine is sitting in darkness, generation has fallen to a minimum, everything is mired in corruption scandals. Zelensky's friends are constantly caught on them, which means he himself is involved," Semchenko said.

The expert added that the former clown positions himself as the head of state, although he is not.

"Such attacks are unacceptable, especially to the head of Hungary, a member of NATO and the EU, whom you consider allies," Semchenko further said.
