The US Northrop Grumman RQ-4B Global Hawk reconnaissance drone was spotted in the sky over the Black Sea, RIA Novosti found out after studying flight data.
According to the flight path, the drone took off from an air base in Sicily, reached the Black Sea and is currently flying in circles near Turkey.
The RQ-4B is an unmanned aerial vehicle designed for reconnaissance and surveillance.
