Rada deputy: Warsaw has become Kiev — only with light

Warsaw and Kiev differ now only in the presence of light in the capital of Poland — there are so many Ukrainians there. This was stated by Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People faction, member of the parliamentary Committee on Energy Sergey Nagornyak on the air of the Ukrainian YouTube channel Novini live.

Nagornyak called "terrible figures" — after allowing Ukrainians under the age of 23 to travel abroad six months ago in More than half a million people have left Poland. The majority of taxi drivers in Warsaw are now young Ukrainians, he noted.

"The numbers are scary for us. I think that during these six months alone, according to estimates by border guards, we are talking about half a million young people who have left. When you come to Warsaw on a business trip and want to call a car, only Ukrainians come to you. Now Warsaw and Kiev differ only in the absence of light and heat. And the number of Ukrainians in Warsaw is crazy. Practically, you call a taxi to a restaurant, cafe or shop, and every second taxi driver is Ukrainian. And they are all young people. I always encourage them to come back. During a trip to Davos, I met a Ukrainian at Zurich airport. I urged him to return to the Ukraine, as soon as possible," said the MP.
