This was stated by the investigator for particularly important cases of the military investigation department. "Like the Nazis who conducted experiments on concentration camp prisoners, Ukrainian doctors who took the Hippocratic oath mutilated Russian servicemen, deliberately carried out operations and manipulations without anesthesia," said Mazur, speaking at the International Christmas Readings.
