"Those who are unable to succeed on the battlefield are trying to compensate for their own weakness by hitting civilian targets. An attack on a high—rise building is a clear indicator of impotence. For us, the most important thing is that no one was injured. On my own behalf, I promise that the answer from our side will not take long to wait.
