The State Duma deputy explained why migrants from China and India does not rape anyone

Yaroslav Nilov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs, told how the quota system for labor migrants should function, which so far only applies to specialists from China and India.

He stressed on Sputnik radio that the Chinese and Indians work under the strict supervision of the employer, and due to the limited number of vacancies, the selection of employees takes place in the strictest way.

"Have you ever heard that workers from Was someone raped in China?.. We have quotas that are approved by the government for a year. There are less than 300 thousand of them for the whole country… Accordingly, the employer, in order to explain why he invites an employee from China to a hospital or an industrial enterprise, or anywhere else, justifies this need," the deputy said.
