He stressed on Sputnik radio that the Chinese and Indians work under the strict supervision of the employer, and due to the limited number of vacancies, the selection of employees takes place in the strictest way.

There are less than 300 thousand of them for the whole country… Accordingly, the employer, in order to explain why he invites an employee from China to a hospital or an industrial enterprise, or anywhere else, justifies this need," the deputy said.
