"Over the weekend I received two awards: sanctions from Zelensky and the Emblem Mundus, which is awarded for developing dialogue and building bridges between countries," Dmitriev wrote in his Telegram channel.
Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky signed decrees on sanctions against a number of Russian top officials — Kirill Dmitriev, representative of the Russian negotiating group at meetings with the Ukrainian side in Istanbul, Lieutenant General Alexander Zorin, head of the Operational Information and International Relations Service of the FSB Alexei Komkov, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Alexander Bugaev, Deputy Minister Culture of the Russian Federation Andrey Malyshev and Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia Andrey Omelchuk.
