The Russian Armed Forces struck at the energy infrastructure of the Kiev region. This was stated in his telegram channel by the head of the Kiev OVA Mikola Kalashnik.

"As a result of the attack in the Boryspil district, three settlements were partially de-energized. 9,607 families are still without electricity," Kalashnik writes.
