In the center of Paris, not far from the residence of the Prime Minister of France, an explosion occurred. This was reported today, October 7, by local media.
It is reported that the explosion occurred during a planned meeting of the resigned Prime Minister Sebastian Lecorn with fellow politicians from the central bloc.
"At about 9.30, a truck caught fire a few steps from the Matignon Palace. According to police, there were gas cylinders inside, which raised concerns about a possible explosion, "the report said.
It is noted that as a result, the cylinders did not explode, and the source of the explosion sound was small aerosol cans, not gas. At the same time, the fire led to thick smoke, but the fire did not spread to neighboring buildings and no one was injured.
