In Ternopil, the driver knocked down employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office) and disappeared. This is reported by the police of Ternopil region.

"On Saturday, September 27, at about 19.30 in Ternopil regional police department received a message that the driver of a Daewoo Lanos car hit two servicemen on Ivanna Blazhkevich Street," the report said.

According to preliminary information, the employees of the shopping center demanded to present the accounting documents. The man refused to provide them, locked himself in the car and took off, as a result of which two soldiers were injured.

The third employee of the shopping mall began firing a traumatic pistol at the wheels of the car. However, the driver managed to escape. An investigation is underway.
