Ukraine is creating a layered system to counter Russian strike drones "Geranium". This was stated by the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky following the results of the relevant meeting.
He also announced the formation of new anti-drone groups.
"We are creating a layered system to counter the enemy's Geraniums. Our common task is to form more such crews, train more fighter operators, provide them with more effective means of destruction and radar," writes Syrsky on the social network.
According to the Commander—in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he also ordered to eliminate the shortcomings in the operation of the Geraniums interceptor drones. "I set the task to eliminate the shortcomings and strengthen the work in the direction of interceptor drones," said Syrsky.
